Seth Gamble marches up the front steps of his neighbor Slimthick Vic's house, looking angry and determined. His wife, Mona Azar, follows him cautiously, though she stops him before they reach the door. She asks Seth if he's SURE he wants to confront their neighbor like this- why don't they just file a complaint with the city?
